Software Freedom Day (SFD) is a worldwide event celebrated every year worldwide on 3rd Saturday every September. This year it is on 17th September, 2011. Nepal Open Source Klub (NOSK) is celebrating this SFD at its own premises with new ideas and innovation. We seek help from any entity all around for any kind of support.

College Visited on 8th September
Today, NOSK had a meeting at 10:00 A.M. NPT at NCIT, and setup a team to visit the neighboring colleges of Nepal College of Information Technology. The list of the colleges and the responsibility assigned members are as follows:
1) Kathford International College,CCRC ,Kanjirowa International School:
Krishna Prasad Adhikari, Bhaskar KC and Raju Gotame.
2) National College: Aman Subedi, Paras Nath Chaudhary
3) Milestone College, Quest College: Raaz Shrestha, Shaswot Singh Adhikari, Pawan Sharma
The team was to visit the colleges and talk to the concerned people about conducting the awareness programs. Finally after the team were setup they were deployed.
